"QuickReg facilitates community building by helping EnglishConnect teachers and leaders—as well as stakes and missions—to support the needs of the learners. It’s a tool that will make all the difference in gathering Israel."
Betsey Wheeler, EnglishConnect Service Missionary
What is QuickReg?
Available in over 40 languages, QuickReg is the official registration tool of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and is specifically designed for all Welfare and Self-Reliance and EnglishConnect groups. QuickReg ensures compliance with the Church’s data privacy policies and automatically syncs with leader and clerk resources (LCR).
Leaders and teachers will find it easy to use as they can create and manage groups and invite participants. Participants can find groups in their area and quickly self-register in their native language.

- Benefits for Participants
Create and manage groups
In just a few minutes, leaders or teachers can create and organize their group. One of the key benefits of setting up a group on QuickReg is so the group can be found online through an address search function.
Share the unique group link
Each group created has a unique URL associated with it. Leaders, teachers, and participants can use the URL link or QR code to invite others through email, text, WhatsApp, or social media.
View reports in leader and clerk resources (LCR)
Enrollment and completion reports are automatically synced with leader and clerk resources. Leadership councils can use these reports to guide ministering efforts and help participants progress.
Approve and print certificates
Teachers and leaders can generate completion certificates to print, distribute, and celebrate growth with participants.
Find a group
When a group is created and made visible, prospective participants can search in QuickReg to find a group that works best for them.
Available in multiple languages
Available in over 40 languages (and counting), QuickReg makes it easy for non-English speakers to register in their native language.
Share and invite friends
Participants are often the best ambassadors of our programs. Learners can share the unique group link/QR code to invite friends and family to join a group.

1. Manually Add Participants
A facilitator or authorized leader may manually add a participant to a group.
- Step 1: Log into QuickReg.
- Step 2: Go to “Groups” A list of groups for your location will appear.
- Step 3: Select the group you wish to add the participant.
- Step 4: Select the “+ Participant” button. Follow the steps and save.
- Step 5: Be sure the participant is aware of and agrees to the Terms of Participation.
2. Send a Link
You may send a direct group link to participants to allow them to sign up for a group themselves. This method is highly recommended as it allows the participants to acknowledge the Terms of Participation in a group.
- Step 1: Log into QuickReg.
- Step 2: Go to “Groups.” A list of groups for your location will appear.
- Step 3: Select the desired group.
- Step 4: Copy the link to the group. Click on “Copy Group Link” on the right-hand side of the group details.
- Step 5: The link will be copied to your clipboard in the background. Go to an email, text, social media, etc. and paste the link into the message. Send it to the participants and they can then go through the signup process themselves.
3. Search the public groups
Participants may also find a group by going to https://quickreg.englishconnect.org/join-now. From this view, the participant will be shown all the “public” groups in their area. They can view the page in a “list view” or a “map view.”
- Step 1: Choose which group they wish to join and click “Sign Up.”
- Step 2: The participant can choose to sign up using a “Church Account” username and password, or by signing up without an account.
- Step 3: The participant completes the required information and saves. They will then be registered.
Participants should take a photo of the congratulations screen or write down the information for their group so they can remember what they signed up for. Facilitators should plan to contact the participants to welcome them to the group and remind them of the group meeting information.
IMPORTANT: When the map is moved, all groups do not automatically appear. The button “Search this Area” in the upper right-hand corner of the map must be clicked to refresh the list of groups.
- Step 1: Sign in to Church Account
- Step 2: Under the "Profile" heading, select "Membership"
